The Process
The Newburgh Mercantile is the local drop-off location for EverPresent in the Hudson Valley area. We have partnered with them to give you excellent service without the risks of sending your originals in the mail.
After you have dropped off your originals at the Mercantile, they are picked up by an EverPresent employee and dispatched directly to the lab. Once they have reviewed your originals, they will contact you about service options and pricing.

Don’t let damage to vintage photographs rob you and your family of the enjoyment that comes from displaying or sharing your treasured history and memories.
We can make a reproduction of your beloved old photo that will have zero stains or damage, even if you have the last known print and no negative.
How it works
In the studio, we are able to capture the image in a super high-res digital photo. Your irreplaceable photo will stay with us in the studio until we are done. The camera and lighting allow us to capture the maximum visual information in order to give the best results.
This large file is then sent to an experienced digital artist for the restoration process. Any damage to your photo will be corrected or erased. Cracked, even missing pieces, will be filled in and repaired. All of the fading or color shifts that happen over the decades can be corrected, returning the image to what it looked like the day it was made.
The Result
You now have the repaired version of your photograph in the form of two digital files.
The first one is a very large, high-resolution file that allows for beautiful quality prints to be made. You will be able to print the restored version in a slightly larger size than the original was!
The second file is a smaller one perfect to post on social media, a website, or easily send by email to family members.

While having the image on your phone is a great thing, getting a fresh, beautifully printed copy of the photograph is why we do this!
We can assist you in getting prints made. There are different levels of quality to meet your expectations. Multiple copies, even different sizes, can be ordered. We provide shipping to your family members. But you are also able to print on your own. We give you a copy of the files for your permanent archive. Store them on your computer or cloud storage so you can print, view, and share them whenever you like.

Pricing
The fee to capture a copy of your photo starts at $25. Then there is the cost of the restoration process that can range from $52 to $84. You now have the repaired version in the form of digital files. There are options for printing and different costs that will suit your needs. We are always happy to provide printing (and framing) for you as part of the package.
